The Ice Dome
The user subconsciously creates a dome of solid ice around the opponent(or themselves). If an opponent is inside the orb, the User can display images of torture to the opponent. If the User is inside the dome, all attack except for fire reflect off the dome.
Other Special Powers:
The Ruler Clan specialize in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu combinations. They have a mutual respect for all Great Nations but are loyal to Konoha and its allies.

The Tri-Force Eyes
At birth, many of the Ruler Clan are embedded with this technique. Those that are embedded with this technique cannot learn the Ice Dome. The Tri-Force appears inside the User's Pupil. There are four stages of Tri-Force Eyes.

Clear Tri-Force
A clear, almost non-existent Tri-Force coats the user's pupil. It allows the User to see Attack Trajectories. Against a Taijutsu Specialist, the user can memorize and mimic the Taijutsu movements.(Note: All Ruler Clan shinobi that posses this Eye are masters of the Four-Finger Palm Fighting Style.)

Red Tri-Force
Allows the user to see attack trajectories, memorize and mimic Taijutsu movements. When used against Ninjutsu, the user can memorize and perform ANY Jutsu at their rank or below. If attempting to use a higher rank jutsu, the user risks either Death or Losing The Tri-Force Eyes. In order to unlock the Red Tri-Force, the user must be stressed completely out in battle.

Orange Tri-Force
Same abilities as previous forms, yet the Orange Tri-Force allows the user to see through Genjutsu or their opponent. In order to unlock the Orange Tri-Force, user must sacrifice themselves for a teammate.

Golden Tri-Force
The Most Advanced Form of The Tri-Force. This has all abilities of previous forms. The Golden Tri-force allows the user to see Chakra Gates of the opponent.

G.Tri-Force Jutsu:
Ansatsu- barrage of electricity and ice attacks the opponent.

Ansu- a single unavoidable lightning bolt drops upon the user and opponent. User is healed, opponent is paralyzed if he/she survives.

Ansat- a blizzard strikes the opponent multiple times.

History and Members
The Ruler Clan was born when Sena Hyuga married Thadius Ruler. The Two shinobi marked the first Rulers to Konoha Village. Thadius was a wondering Shinobi who had taken on the surname Ruler, as he had been abandoned as a child. He was a peaceful shinobi, but a valiant ninja in The Hidden Leaf’s Black Ops. Sena was left to tend to the home. They gave birth to five children: Alhan, Kendoshan, Akamaru, Hina, and Soria. Alhan and Akamaru followed their father’s footsteps, become Black Ops members at the youngest age of twenty one. Kendoshan, along with his sisters journeyed to other countries.
Kendoshan returned to the Hidden Leaf when his mother fell ill. He brought with him his wife: Kristal of the Desert and his sons: Akimeki and Kenhan. The two boys were enrolled in the Ninja Academy and attended their while Kendoshan tended his mother. Sena passed away in her sleep. Thadius sulked and retired from the Black Ops. Alhan and Akamaru did their best to support their father, until he ultimately died out of pure heart ache.
The Three Elder Ruler Siblings looked to Kristal and her sons. They all agreed that Akamaru and Kendoshan would venture off to find the Ruler Sisters. Akimeki and Kenhan became Chuunin during this time period. They also met their future wives: Horoko Nara and Sasha Ino. The four were wed. With Sasha’s wedding came the information of her adoption.
Akamaru and Kendoshan returned with their siblings who were no longer members of the Ruler Clan. Soria had married Kenta Uchiha and Hina had married Jazzo Uzamaki. Kendoshan gathered his family around him to mention that he and Kristal were giving birth to their first Konoha Born son. In honor of Thadius, they named him Alexander Thadland Ruler. Kendoshan and Akamaru were dispatched just before Alexander was born. When Kendoshan returned from the war with Akamaru, disaster struck. Kenzintoa Razar attacked the Ruler Family. This great electrical beast rivaled the Bijuu in strength. Kendoshan and Akamaru died in the fight as they worked together to seal the beast inside Kendoshan’s newly born son, Alex.

I think the Ice Dome should have a few more weaknesses besides fire. For Example, heat can come from multiple sources, for example Lightning. Also Im sorry if I am being a pest Alex but I just see alot of things wrong with your apps.

Hey Shirley Temple....how about this? Since I don't use the Ice Dome as my char's KKG, you make the changes you see fit to it? You know I used the Tri-Force Eyes....so change Ice Dome as much as you want.
