Description: The user channels their chakra into the weapon before throwing it. Upon touching target, the chakra is released into target’s body. No other damage is dealt to the target, unless at a higher rank. Also accuracy determines amount of damage to be dealt.

Name: Chop-Chop Jutsu
Rank: D
Element: ???
Description: The user tosses the Spiral Kunai Blade at the ground. The spinning blade is thrown with such speed and strength that it kicks up dirt and rocks to strike the opponent or blind them depending on distance. Doesn’t work if Soil is inflicted with Permafrost. Will work on Snow/Ice covered ground.

Name: Flashbang Jutsu
Rank: D
Element: Lightning
Description: The user expels a minium amount of chakra from their bodies creating a flash to blind target. During this transaction, the user also strikes with a flurry of Taijutsu strikes. If user isn’t near target, no other damage is dealt. Flash can be blocked by simply putting sunglasses on.
Name: Four-Finger Fist Style

Element: Lightning
Description: This isn't a jutsu as much as it is a fighting style. It borrows several elements of other fighting styles. The most notable attribute is the one it borrowed from The Hyuga Clan's Gentle Fist Style. While there are techniques that cause physical damage to the opponent's body, the majority of the techniques follow the Gentle Fist Guide lines, with the added twist of Electricity flowing through the opponent's body. This style is exclusive to the Ruler Clan. Must have Lightning as Primary Element

Name: Frozen Four-Finger Fist Style

Description: Again this isn't as much as jutsu as it is a fighting style. The only difference between this fighting style and the Four-Finger Fist style, the user's body emanates a ghostly whisp of frozen air(similiar to Sub-Zero's forearms, but the entire body). This style of fighting mainly borrows from Master Guy's teaching, The Rock Fist Style. Must have Ice as Primary Element

Element: Lightning/Ice
Description: This technique belongs to both Four-Finger Palm Fighting styles. The Primary element is present during the strikes. The user begins a complicated combination: 5 Palm Strike, 10 Palm Strikes, 15 Knee Strikes, 20 Knee Strikes, 25 Elbow Strikes, 30 Elbow Strikes, 35 Uppercut Palm Strikes, 40 Uppercut Palm Strike.

Name: Binding Chain Jutsu

Description: Alex thrusts his left arm forward as the Chakra Propelled Chains attached to his arm extend and entrap the target. The higher the rank of Shinobi, the larger the distance.

Name: Binding Chain--The Choking Jutsu

Description: After performing the Binding Chain Jutsu, Alex can will the Chakra Propelled Chains to choke the opponent. Cannot be done, unless Binding Chain Jutsu has been unleashed.

Name: Flash Bang--The Big Bang Jutsu

Element: Lighting
Description: After using the Multi-Shadow Doppelganger Jutsu, The user then commands all Doppelgangers to begin the Flash Bang Jutsu, which causes a bigger flash than before, same restrictions as Flash Bang Jutsu.

Description: The user first initiates the Mult-Shadow Doppelganger Jutsu, before entering the Four-Finger Palm Trigram jutsu.

Description: Alex channels his chakra into the burn scars on his arm left by Aidan. This causes flames to travel down the chains into the opponent. Using this technique, drains Alex greatly.

Description: Alex doesn't have to use his Binding Chain Jutsu to initiate this technique. This technique is used to shield Alex from incoming attacks of all types except Genjutsu.

Name: Binding Chain---Kurokon's Teachings

Description: This technique is used in combination with Aidan's Wrath. Once Aidan's Wrath is used, Alex then channels his own lightning chakra down the chains to electrocute the opponent.

Name: Binding Chain---Keitaro's Upheavel

Description: Another Combination to be used with Aidan's Wrath and Kurokon's Teachings. Alex then causes the chains to pull the target towards him, where he shoves a kunai/senbon/katana/Ice Blade Jutsu into their chest.

Name: Ice Blade Jutsu

Element: Ice
Description: Alex's ice chakra become visible as it freezes his entire forearm, before stretching outward to form a point. If this technique is broken, it can no longer be used for twenty-four hours.

Name: Ice Pulse Jutsu

Element: Ice
Description: Alex compresses all the water in the air into his palms before adding his chakra to and freezing it. Then he can slam the Ice Pulse into the opponent. When the Ice Pulse shatters, whatever it touches it freezes for one post.

Name: Lightning Pulse Jutsu

Element: Lightning
Description: Alex generates enough lightning chakra into his palms so that it becomes visible. This technique is a watered down version of the Raikon Fist. The user doesn't have to be close to the opponent to attack with this. When this attack connects, the user cannot use whichever part of the body it connects with.

Name: Shadow Doppelganger---Frozen Lightning Pulse Jutsu

Element: Ice, Lightning
Description: Alex MUST use the Shadow Doppelganger to use this technique. Two Doppelgangers generate the different Pulses(one generates Ice Pulse the Other Generates Lightning Pulse) before Alex mimics their stances and absorbs them, with the techniques combined. This technique is equal in strength with the Rasengan.

Description:
Once the third gate is open, the user can then use Ura Renge by launching the target into the air and hiting them with one arm and foot, sending the target crashing into the ground, typically killing them. When Rock Lee used this move, he also opened the Fourth and Fifth Gates to grant him extra strength and speed, however, this is not required to perform Ura Renge. During the Reverse of The Reverse Lotus, the Ruler Clan have figured out how to open all gates seen by The Bakyugan Eyes. During battle, As long as no more than 8 Gates are open in any order, the user will be safe. Opening more than 8 gates will result in a 9/10 chance of dying. Alhan and Kenhan Ruler were the first Ruler Clansmen to discover that by combining this technique with their Ice Dome Technique they could create an even more powerful technique.

Description:
First, a Ruler Clansmen must initiate The Reverse of The Reverse Lotus to open ALL eight gates at once, while surpressing the extra Chakra. Then Rulerclansmen then must use their Ice Dome Kekkei Genkai to protect their bodies as they unleash the technique, which takes on the shape of a spiral dragon that wraps around the user. The Spiral Dragon known as Jolt of The Lords, brings about a snowstorm and lightning storm. The Target cannot avoid the damage from Jolt of the Lords. They can dodge but will still receive damage

Name: Four Finger Palm Jutsu

Description: The user generates a small amount of electric chakra into their hands before striking the target with all four fingers extended towards the sky. The only direct weakness to this jutsu is the close combativeness of the strikes. User must be able to physically strike opponent.

Description: A thin layer of ice encases the user’s fist. As with the Four Finger Palm Jutsu, the only direct weakness to this jutsu is the close combativeness of the strikes. User must be able to physically strike opponent.

Name: Icy Slide Jutsu

Element: Ice
Description: The user places their palms down on the ground, and extends their chakra out from the fingertips creating a thin layer of ice. Anyone (including the user) who steps on the thin layer of ice instantly lose their footing. The user cannot re-direct the chakra if it is released in a straight line. Can also be used to create slippery spots on the field, to prevent close combat opponents from getting close.

Name: Ice Trap Jutsu

Element: Ice
Description: This technique is the ice equivalent of the Shadow Possession Jutsu. The User extends their chakra from their feet, generating a thin layer of Ice that extends towards the target. The Lower the rank of Ninja, the shorter the User is restricted to extending their chakra.

Name: Thunder Volt Jutsu
Rank: B
Element: Lighting Element
Description: The User channels chakra into their open dominate palm. By charging so much chakra into their palm, this enables the chakra to become visible to the target and the user. Once the chakra is charged to the right amount, the user releases this into the air. After Two posts, the target is struck by a volt of electricity. The downside to this highly effective jutsu is the user cannot do much more than D Rank Jutsu after using it until the volt strikes opponent.

Name: Raikon Fist
Rank: A
Element: Lightning
Description: Follow the same steps for the jutsu above, the user does not fire the charged chakra into the air, rather they close their fist around the chakra and strike target. The User’s dominate hand becomes useless after performing this technique.
