He is sadistic and egotistic. He likes to play with people and their emotions simply to see their reactions and then get a good laugh from it. He will also toy with his opponents simply for the pleasure of watching them get angry or cry. He loves to torment almost all of those around him. I say almost as there have been the few rare instances that people have caught his attention as people to like and not kill. He finds that some have gone a little farther and won his admiration as or respect on some level. He has three loves, Blood, Science, and a special woman he has yet to find, in that order. His love of blood surpasses even the strongest of lusts for others. his love of science and experimenting on is only surpassed by his love of blood. He wants to change, tweak, poke , prod, and torture every person there is. His next is the feint but still controlling want to win over one girl in his life so he is never alone. But until that time comes his only love is Blood first then science. He always seems to talk openly with his opponent what he will do to them when they finally give up. He favors the torture like part of things as well. He has a few mental problems to boot. He finds any kind of pain arousing. If he is struck, cut, tortured, or even stabbed deeply through his stomach he will become aroused. The amount of pain determines the amount of arousal he will receive.He also speaks with Japanese phonetics most of the time, using -San and -senpai and things.
P.S. He's been known to eat and drink the blood of his opponent, while they are alive. Also to note, is that he has room for only 2 people, who can command him. First, is his brother Shuei Setsuna. His word is easily considered law by Fuuton. Also, there is always a chance for one other, though it would be someone who earned his respect as well as fight well with him, and it wouldn't help if they had the same interests, even at least a little.

First wardrobe(Casual):
Head:
upon his head stands a "head" of hear. Such a hair is long, white, and quite straight. The hair resembling that of a waterfall at times, as to how it cascades down his shoulders and around his back, to end gently at the middle of his thighs. The man has red colored eyes with a pale complexion and a less distinguished nose. His ears, almost always covered by his hair, are set perfectly on his face to allow optimal looks. The lips of the man are thinned out and a slightly darker color than his skin. On the other hand, his teeth are oddly white due to his eating diet, and to top it off, they are razor sharp. That being a fact, he tends to, well, eat his prey if you get my meaning.
Upper Torso:
This male, wears two sets of clothes. First, he wears what is shown in said picture above. A black leather coat with double breasted buttons. The neck has fur that tends to flutter around in winds and such. The coat is somewhat tucked in to a leather belt strapped to his leather pants. Yes, he likes leather as it suits him, and is rather comfortable if you know how it works. His clothes are slightly baggy but not much, it's enough that it would give things such as Kikaichu trouble getting to his skin, but that's it. This being just one of his wardrobe of two, he wears this normally and his other on missions. Not shown in the pic above, is a special harness on his right arm, this has attached a blade. The blade able to come out with a simple flick of the wrist. It retracts just as fast as it extends, in to the harness.
Lower Torso:
Below his Upper Torso is his lower Torso, obviously. As previously stated, he wears leather pants. These are, as stated above, are slightly baggy. They are attached to his body via belt, well, the belt is just for show really. On this belt is, what's not shown, a single Katana. The male, for lower than the lower torso, wears socks, with combat like boots on his feet. This allows him to traverse multiple types of terrain and not be injured or possibly stub his foot from walking in the standard, open toed sandals. His boots are tied up and reach to just below his knees, much like the boots of the Vietnam war used by the US commandos.

This time around, he wears a long overcoat of the cloth type. It's a special sort of cloth however, made for comfort and easy movement. This cloth is silky on the inside and yet smooth on the outside. The inside of this overcoat is black as well as the outside and it reaches to the back of his knees. The coat is "Single breasted" if you will, with one set of buttons. These buttons being black and of course the same as any other, just buttons. Also with this wardrobe, he keeps his mounted sword that he has named "Lyra." Under his overcoat, he wears a white dress shirt made of the same fine material that his overcoat is. He also wears gloves made of the same material as well, to hide his razor sharp fingernails that are slightly elongated.
Bottom Torso:
Here, he wears his already established pants, slightly baggy. This being his established preferred make, such as the silken inside. He's fond of his boots, so he continues to wear them, but on occasion he wears special dress shoes of the same make. All of his clothes are made to allow him free movement and comfort at the same time, thus making him able to stand doing what he does with little problems other than his opponents.

Description:
Unique to Samurai, this technique employs the concept of Chakra Flow similar to the Flying Swallow and Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana techniques. Through the use of chakra flow, the user channels their chakra through their swords. This extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as shown from how it destroyed a stone pillar. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz-saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this technique.
The Uchiha clan also uses this technique as a "coming of age" rite.

Description:
This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Description:
The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (and being able to melt rock), in the manga it is shown to be just a small burst of flame running along a line of wire.

Description:
The Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spitting it out, and igniting it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of flame bullets by partitioning the oil. If this technique is fired after covering the enemy with oil using the Toad Oil Bullet, it has the power to wound or kill. This also keeps down the consumption of chakra.

This man was born in Kumo, his parents running away from Konoha because of a dispute with their clan the Uchiha. He is considered a rouge of the Uchiha, but lives out life as a Kumogakure shinobi.
Academy Arc:
This boy wasn't liked and actually hated by all. He was outcast because of his Uchiha blood line. And now, he spends his day working on for the Raikage.

Setsuna, I know you can do much better than this. Too many mistakes, too many misspellings, I suggest re-doing this.
