Age: The Age of Your Summon
Race: The Race of your summon.
Looks: Write at least a paragraph or have a picture handy.
Height: How tall your Summon is. [Baby ranked summons at most can be 10 feet tall, Prince Ranked summons can at most be 50 feet tall, King Summons may be at most 100 feet tall, God Summons may be at most 500 Feet tall]
Rank: [Genin may only have a 'Baby' Ranked Summon unless specifically trained by a holder of a King Ranked Summon, Chuunin may have a 'Prince' Ranked Summon unless specifically trained under a holder of a King Ranked Summon, Jounin may have a 'King' Ranked Summon unless specifically trained under a holder of a God Ranked Summon, Kages and Sannin may hold a god ranked summon, However it specifically has to be approved by all admin on the site.]
Contract Holder: Who holds the contract? If someone else you require permission from that person to be able to summon the race that you want.
Summon Edits: Each Contract allows the user to take one distinct change in their body that matches the animal it holds. Example, Orochimaru's Eyes are snake like, and he has the Snakes Contract with Manda.
History: This is the history, include how you got the contract, and what you've done together. Must be at least a paragraph long.
